• We offer junk removal services for residential and commercial clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of household, yard, and construction debris.
3. Service Area
• Our primary service area is Chula Vista, CA, and surrounding areas. Services requested outside this area may be subject to additional fees.
4. Scheduling and Availability
• Services are provided by appointment. We strive to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are based on the volume and nature of the items removed. An estimate will be provided prior to service commencement. Payment is due upon completion of services.
6. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to items for removal and for identifying any items that are not to be removed.
7. Prohibited Items
• We cannot remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, biological waste and items described at the following site: https://calrecycle.ca.gov/homehazwaste/info/
8. Property Damage
• We take care to avoid damage; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage due to the nature of the items being removed.
9. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
10. Limitation of Liability
• Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Introduction

Refund Eligibility
• Full or partial refunds are provided under the following conditions:
• Service Cancellation: If a service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.
• Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Service: If our service does not meet the agreed-upon terms or expectations, customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.
Process for Requesting a Refund
